Frank IT also provides computer systems that can be setup specifically for you. This includes any applications you will need to use, e-mail setup in Outlook, designated file and data storage that can be backed up, recovery implementations for when something goes wrong, and many other features. Most people do not realize when they buy a computer that many of the applications they want to use do not come with it unless they pay for them. Frank IT ensures you get what you need. About our company: Frank IT was formed in 2001. I was a corporate consultant working for Bristol-Myers Squibb in Stamford, and also for GE Card Services Corporate Headquarters in Stamford. I have many Microsoft Certifications as well as experience working with over 2000 users on each of those sites. I trained other consultants in problem resolution while I was at both of those companies. I decided to go into business for myself when outsourcing IT resources to other countries began to become a major factor in the industry. I was also being paid only a fraction of what I was being billed out at. I enjoy working with people and have over 400 clients currently. I understand that my clients do not know everything there is to know about computers and that is why they hire me. I do not treat my clients as if they are idiots - you may think that sounds silly but I have gotten a lot of business just because I am considerate and understanding when I help people.
